Pali Ke Kua resort sits on approximately 22 acres of oceanfront property just off Ka Haku Road in Princeville, Kauai near the entrance to the Princeville St. Regis Hotel. The site sits on a bluff 200 feet above the ocean floor and includes 13, one story and two story condominium buildings plus a main building that houses an office and restaurant next to an outdoor swimming pool that is available to all guests of the resort.

Most condo units are either entirely upper or lower units with their own private entrances (units on the upper floor have a 3 digit unit number starting with 2. Lower level units start with 1) except in buildings 7, 8, 10, 12, and 13 which are single story buildings many of which have lofts.
